Support our Local Arts Partners!

PARTNERSHIPS ARE OUR LIFEBLOOD.

We are building relationships with many local artists and groups, and our engagement efforts are ongoing and always growing. We are striving to listen and learn as we work and grow, and our partners are helping us develop the kind of foundation we need to live our mission with sincerity and diligence. In our efforts to amplify the voices of artists representing historically marginalized communities & artists on the experimental fringes, we’ve connected in meaningful ways with the following 717-area arts groups & artists:

Additionally, we’re building relationships with companies and organizations with established venue space. We’re proud to be working to connect our artists to spaces alongside our friends at (* indicates a Harrisburg Fringe Festival Venue Partner):

In the interest of amplifying and building up our community, we’d urge you to explore their websites, go to their events, and support our arts and space partners!

OUR MISSION & COMMUNITY IS BIGGER THAN ANY LIST, THOUGH

We want to partner with everyone who believes in this mission, and we know that goes way beyond the groups and artists on this list, so we’re always open to new conversations. We like to listen and take notes. Most of our best ideas have come from conversations with others in the community already. As our coalition grows, so can our collective impact. We know there are many wonderful community organizations and leaders shining bright lights on our small city and throughout the 717 every day. We know artists are everywhere, artists are a vital part of all communities, and artists are passionate doers living their creative dreams. We see you, we love you, & we want to celebrate you all.

Most to all 717 Arts fundraising from Sep. 2022 onward will be geared towards the budget of the HARRISBURG FRINGE FESTIVAL in 2023. Any amount is helpful. Donate directly via our Venmo (@its717arts). Or contact us via email (717.arts.org@gmail.com) to connect—we’d be glad to share budget goals with prospective donors so they can see what their money is supporting before deciding whether or not to give.

COMING SOON: More online donation tools!

Allied Volunteer Coalition

One of our foundational mission-driven goals is to build a coalition of allied volunteers we can coordinate in support efforts for our partner artists and organizations, leveraging our time, talents, and good old fashioned nonprofit volunteer sweat equity energy on behalf of their events.

Highly flexible commitment, rewarding creative environments, talented colleagues, access to company-wide PD initiatives in DEI areas & more, plus opportunities for merch, snacks, and beverages are the perks we can offer.

WANT TO JOIN THE COALITION & GIVE BACK TO THIS COMMUNITY THAT GIVES SO MUCH TO US?

Contact us at 717.arts.org@gmail.com or message us through social media—we’ll get you added to our volunteer info list!
